Don’t Mess with Texas Public Schools

Texas lawmakers will return to the Capitol in October for a special session that will determine whether Gov. Greg Abbott can finally finish his push to send public tax payer dollars to private Christian schools. Texas Democrats know that our public schools are the lifeblood of our communities, and that without funding they can’t thrive. Texas Democrats will FIGHT to ensure that public schools and teachers have the funding and support they need.

We began running message campaigns in 2022 to help inform Comal County through local advertising and GOTV materials for our precinct chairs. Learn more about how Democrats will Stand Up Speak Up and SHOW UP for ALL Texans on this issue.

Run for Office!

Seats are available at the local, state, and federal levels for elections in March 2024, and November 2024. FIND A COMPLETE LISTING HERE
